How does Family Sharing work with Foodnoms+?

Foodnoms+ supports Apple Family Sharing. This means that other family members can enjoy the benefits of Foodnoms+ without having to pay for an additional subscription.

How to Activate

After subscribing to Foodnoms+ with your Apple ID, other members in your family should be able to activate Foodnoms+ simply by tapping the "Restore" button in the Foodnoms+ screen inside the app.

Note: "Restore" may not work immediately if you just recently started the subscription. If it fails, try again later (it may take a few minutes, or up to an hour).

Troubleshooting

If you continue to have issues activating Foodnoms+ for other family members, follow these steps:

  1. Verify that all of your family members have been added to your Family Sharing group and subscription sharing is enabled. You can check inside the Settings or System Settings app on your devices.
  2. Verify that sharing is enabled for Foodnoms+. Go to the Settings app on your iPad or iPhone. Tap the top section with your name, then tap "Subscriptions", then "Foodnoms - Nutrition Tracker". Make sure the "Share with Family" setting is enabled.
